West Hawaii Technical Services, WHiTS, is a HUB Zone women-owned small business providing engineering services for federal space system programs.

Our associates are experienced in diverse space science and earth observing missions, and we are dedicated to applying our expertise to the success of your programs.

What We Do

We provide experienced retired space engineers & managers to support and assist your federal space program. Our associates have significant skills in System Engineering and System Test & Evaluation for space, ground, and end-to-end missions. You may utilize our current portfolio of retired experts, or add the retired personnel you need to the WHiTS organization. We specialize in providing short term support for surge events that require intense effort to achieve critical deadlines (e.g., major program design reviews, test/ops readiness reviews, red teams, gray beard reviews, proposals, etc.), and can also provide longer term support as needed.
